Meat Cuts for the Grill

Treat Dad or Mom to a fun and informative class on basic meat cuts for the ultimate summer grilling parties. They will be the King or Queen of the grill on Memorial Day, Fathers Day, the 4th of July and all summer long! During this class you will learn several ways to fabricate whole Beef Strip Loins, Pork Loins and Chicken to create incredible meals while saving money by custom cutting the product yourself. You will also learn several Dry Rub and Marinade recipes. Participants will learn the following skills knife handling, knife sharpening, meat cutting, meat identification and grading, rub and marinade production. Participates will take home their completed cuts and rubs.
This is a hands on class, participants must be 16 years of age to attend. Participants will be exposed to raw meats and sharp knives.
